About The Position

Project Analyst The Opportunity: Manage the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client. Plan, organize, direct, control, and deliver all projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs. Work on the ongoing process and system capabilities associated with projects and manage any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs. Direct the activities of consultants, analyst specialists, and sub-contractors and ensure appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of multiple projects. Prepare work to be reviewed regularly by the supervisor or more senior peers.

Requirements

  • Experience with general project status report generation
  • Knowledge of project financial controls
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines, produce routine deliverables, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues with a team
  • Ability to learn and teach fundamentals for the support of program management activities
  • Ability to respond to directed assignments, think analytically, and comprehend financial implications of the business
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Associate's degree
