About The Position

The Project Analyst III serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to support electronic data exchange and system integration. This role performs advanced data analysis, identifies root‑cause issues, partners with IT to implement solutions, and drives improvements to EDI billing workflows to ensure accurate and efficient processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; minimum of 7 years of directly applicable experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
  • Proven ability to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and drive project completion with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in work output.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and adapt quickly in fast‑paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive, solution‑focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex processes in a clear, understandable manner.

Nice To Haves

  • 5–7 years of experience leading, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through completion preferred.
  • 1–2 years of customer‑facing experience supporting HL7 interface implementations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to support seamless data exchange and system integration.
  • Lead vendor and system onboarding, including certification, documentation, testing coordination, and timeline management.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to identify root causes of system or process issues and partner with IT to implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement process improvements that enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Support implementation efforts by delivering training, creating documentation, and guiding teams through new processes.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including risk identification, mitigation strategies, communication plans, and milestone tracking.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Lead special projects and cross‑functional initiatives as assigned.
