About The Position

The project analyst is part of the DOS operations management team and reports to the Manager of Operations/Projects. This team is responsible for managing and providing support and added value to all operations-focused initiatives within the Department. The project analyst is a per diem role and is responsible for data management and analytical support, primarily creating reports and dashboards to support the DOS Operations Team’s projects and goals.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Dashboard Creation
• Utilizes various reporting systems to run queries, analyze data and create consistent reports and dashboards for key Department operational data, tracking and monitoring progress towards goals
• Assesses and escalates project and operational variances and issues and provides solutions
• Creates meaningful dashboards to display key data metrics in presentable formats that can be shared with all levels of the organization
• Documentation of Workflows and Processes
• Creates and maintains documentation of systems and workflows
• Assists with the development of standard processes and recommends process improvements
