Turner & Townsend is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Project Analyst to join our Graduate Development Program in Los Angeles. This program is designed for recent graduates with less than two years of industry experience, providing them with the opportunity to develop their careers while supporting top clients in the property, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors. The program will last approximately two years and will focus on achieving various competencies in core services such as project management, cost management, and controls & performance. As a Project Analyst, you will gain a practical understanding of the resources, methods, and materials used in project management. You will apply theoretical knowledge to solve practical issues and mitigate risks encountered in managing projects. The program includes a structured training competency framework that follows the 70/20/10 model for learning, ensuring that you receive comprehensive exposure to the services we specialize in. You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills on teams and projects, gaining valuable experience across various disciplines and sectors of our business. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in fields such as Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, General Business, or Construction Science.
