About the position

The Project Advisor serves as the contractor-facing representative of the Sales team at Tournesol Siteworks, focusing on landscape construction projects. This role involves supporting landscape contractors and general contractors by providing timely responses, budgeting assistance, and project planning guidance. The Project Advisor is responsible for qualifying custom projects, closing sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support landscape contractors and general contractors on projects.
• Provide timely responses and assistance in budgeting and planning.
• Read architectural plans and offer guidance for successful project execution.
• Qualify and evaluate custom projects before sending them to the Sales team.
• Coordinate with the Sales Operations Manager on key projects and accounts.
• Close sales opportunities and provide regular updates to clients.
• Handle problems, delays, or negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on Tournesol applications, processes, and products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and assist in closing key projects.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a construction or design environment.
• High school diploma required; college diploma preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and work with spreadsheets.
