About The Position

J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc. is looking for a Full Time Project Administrator. The Project Administrator will be responsible for maintaining control of documents and providing support to the management team. This role involves processing customer billing via client specific portals, coordinating scheduling, billing, and organization of work orders, scheduling subcontractors, submitting check requests, generating reports for various client specific requirements, reviewing and following up on aging reports, assisting with the monthly accrual process, and processing NJ One Call Mark-outs.

Requirements

  • Strong computer proficiency skills in Word, Excel, & Outlook
  • High attention to detail, organization and strong communication skills
  • Able to adapt to constant changes and various requests simultaneously

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction industry is preferred but not required
