Position Description The Project Administrator provides administrative support for projects under the supervision of the project manager.

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to prioritize, manage time well, troubleshoot and work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Must be organized and detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of project administrative experience
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Associates degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects with the ability to prioritize
  • Communications liaison between the project and the client
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management, clients and project team members to achieve project objectives
  • Work independently and make effective decisions in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate think and act with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Produce work within a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Work on special projects and reports as needed
  • Prepare/format documents and develop/maintain complex excel spreadsheets
  • Summarize correspondence to facilitate timely and efficient responses
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Take and transcribe minutes at meetings, noting/posting of action items
  • Assist Project Manager in expediting action items
  • Answer phones, manage multiple project calendars, book travel arrangements, maintain files and filing system, prepare expense reports
  • Ensure work is being performed within the guidelines of our company policies and procedures
