As a Project Administrator, you will be within PNC's Community Development Banking organization, supporting the PNC Fairfax Connection. This position is based in Cleveland, OH. The PNC Fairfax Connection is a free community resource center, located in the historic Fairfax neighborhood, that's home to programs created with members in mind. Our mission is to connect every individual, family, and small business to services, educational and cultural programs, career readiness, and more throughout Greater Cleveland. Successful candidates for this position will be able to develop and lead Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Apple product learning sessions. This role will be responsible for managing all audio / visual technology, as well as website maintenance and management, create program flyers, support program managers, and support all hybrid-learning platforms including WebEx.

Requirements

  • Typically requires an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
  • Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Executes project objectives and deliverables, planning the work according to the objectives, and assessing and controlling risk for the project.
  • Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes.
  • Assists with planning and scheduling of project timeliness and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Partners with project team members to assign tasks, direct activities, and control project execution.
  • Tracks and reports progress (management information system).
  • Prepares progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Communicates project updates and results to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
