This role is ideal for someone with foundational administrative or project support experience who is ready to grow their skills in a fast pa ced, consulting environment while contributing to meaningful client work. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • M inimum of 1 year of administrative, project coordination, or related experience
  • Work well under deadline situations and respond to changes in priorities
  • I ntermediate to proficient computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets/excel, and accounting software
  • Microsoft Office experience, a plus
  • B asic knowledge of the project structure in a client/consultant business environment
  • Candidates must comply with our Fleet Management, Substance Policy, and Reference Check requirements.
  • Only candidates with valid employment eligibility (I-9) will be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in business, accounting, or construction management, a plus
  • Experience in professional services, construction, or consulting environment , a plus
  • Notary Public Certification, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the client onboarding process and manage essential paperwork, including certificates of insurance and project documentation.
  • Handle client-required reporting, program management, and fleet coordination.
  • Systematize project data for audits, oversee document control processes, and manage records for field staff.
  • Assist with client invoicing and laboratory activities through precise data entry.
  • Develop materials for presentations and compile reports efficiently.
  • Provide support for client invoicing through diligent data entry and administrative coordination.
