As a Project Administrator within PNC's Data Management/Remediation - Data Policy Oversight & Assurance organization, you will be based in Rocky Mount, NC. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.

  • Participate on multiple Data Remediation projects.
  • Perform reviews to remediate incorrect/missing data elements from accounts.
  • Identify problems and communicate to Project Leads/Quality Review Managers.
  • Meet/Exceed project production and quality goals.
  • Execute project objectives and deliverables, planning the work according to the objectives, and assessing and controlling risk for the project.
  • Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes.
  • Assist with planning and scheduling of project timeliness and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Ensure project team is resourced as needed.
  • Partner with project team members to assign tasks, direct activities, and control project execution.
  • Track and report progress.
  • Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Communicate project updates and results to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Typically requires an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
  • Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
