Wood is recruiting for a Project Administrator (CAPEX Specialist) to join its Operations business focusing on administrative and project support at our client site in Bay City, TX. #LI-Onsite The Role This role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will support the CAPEX Manager in the preparation and development of the annual CAPEX plan, ensure project documentation, approvals, and revisions are properly distributed to internal and external stakeholders, and track the status of lump-sum projects, ensuring visibility of commitments, actuals, and remaining budgets.
