Richard Bland College invites applications for a Project Administrative Coordinator, a key administrative role supporting campus operations, facilities, and procurement activities. This position provides direct support to the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Administrative Assistant, ensuring compliance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA), agency policies, and administrative best practices. The Project Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in contract administration, procurement processes, facilities coordination, and project management to support the efficient operation of the College.
