About The Position

You’ll play a key role in keeping our projects financially healthy and running smoothly. You are the person who makes sure the numbers tell the right story. You maintain accurate project financial records and ensure transactions are recorded correctly. You review and post entries to the general ledger and reconcile subsidiary accounts with confidence. You partner with project teams to track, measure, and monitor financial performance so there are no surprises. You support Concur administration by ensuring expense reports are processed and projects are properly set up. You help lead month end close activities and keep everything on track. You review and approve supplier invoices to make sure costs align with project budgets. You audit project documentation including contracts and change orders to ensure accuracy and compliance. You prepare detailed balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports that help leadership make informed decisions. Requirements

  • You bring at least five years of accounting or finance experience.
  • You are highly skilled in Excel and comfortable working with complex data.
  • You operate with integrity and take ownership of your work.

  • Experience in the material handling industry is a plus.
