Requirements

• 5+ years of construction field accounting experience or training preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail required.

• Takes personal ownership over tasks and asks for help when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial information for one or more Company projects.
• Generate financial reporting for assigned projects.
• Prepare project journal entries and reconcile cost reports.
• Compile and analyze project pay forms to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.
• Track insurance and bond information for all subcontractors.
• Assist in month-end closing, budget rearrangements, and budget revisions as directed by the project team.
• Set up cost codes and cost types for project needs.
• Support field personnel with timecard entry, certified payroll, and reporting as needed.
• Enter equipment time entry and reconcile equipment accruals for project needs.
• Support accounts payable and onsite invoice entry to track project expenses and payments.
• Work with project personnel to expedite payment and resolve issues.
• Act as a liaison between project team and vendors or subcontractor accounting teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan and support published corporate policies.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
