About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with Sage 300 CRE.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Experience in general contracting is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GAAP accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and prepare subcontractor monthly invoices.
• Manage AIA billings and oversee weekly payments and disbursements.
• Verify contractor licenses, business licenses, insurance, and W-9s for contract compliance.
• Follow up on unfunded accounts receivable billings and perform monthly accounts payable reconciliations.
• Support the Controller with additional financial tasks as needed.
