About The Position

The Project + Account Manager hybrid role at Blayzer Digital combines client relationship leadership with full lifecycle project delivery. This is a high-impact position ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, and client engagement—ensuring that every Blayzer project is delivered efficiently and exceeds client expectations.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of blended experience in project management and account management within a digital agency.
  • Strong technical understanding of web and eCommerce ecosystems (Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple clients and complex web builds simultaneously.
  • Advanced communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Zoho, Basecamp, and time tracking/reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the client relationship and oversee project execution from discovery to delivery.
  • Manage scopes, budgets, and schedules while acting as the primary client contact.
  • Lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and delivery presentations.
  • Align client goals with production capabilities and marketing strategy.
  • Forecast resource needs and collaborate with department leads for allocation.
  • Identify and communicate scope changes, growth opportunities, and renewal options.
  • Track performance metrics, report progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Blayzer’s project processes and client service model.
