About The Position

The selected candidate shall provide full-spectrum C4I technical support to the Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) and Enterprise Ashore Enclave (EAE) projects, including development and review of program design documentation, acquisition assistance, and participation in key program meetings. The candidate will provide technical expertise during various engineering and change control review boards and assist in the preparation and presentation of briefings at major program reviews.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in CNIC ELMR non-tactical Project 25 (P25) compliant systems.
  • Understanding of National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) requirements for trunked land mobile radio (LMR) systems.
  • Strong background in C4I operations, including modern and legacy communications systems.
  • Experience with change management processes and technical evaluation of system modifications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with government clients, technical teams, and program management personnel.
  • Strong communication skills for briefing senior leadership and technical teams.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Navy and DoD communications systems.
  • Previous experience working with P25-compliant LMR systems in an enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ELMR SME/Technical Liaison to CNIC, NAWC-AD SCMS, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and review program design documentation, including system specifications, technical assessments, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide acquisition support, including coordination of program reviews and oversight of procurement processes.
  • Attend and contribute to the Program Integrated Product Team (PIPT) meetings.
  • Provide technical expertise during the Engineering Review Board (ERB) for evaluation of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
  • Support EAE Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present briefings at major program reviews to government stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Ensure that all ELMR program initiatives and requests are documented, reviewed, and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the ELMR Program Manager to provide continuous programmatic and technical support.
