GC AI is currently an AI platform for in-house lawyers to 10x themselves. Using the latest LLMs, we are building AI agents that can use company knowledge, leverage external sources, and connect with internal tools to provide better and faster legal advice to the rest of the company. Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in marketing—ideally in legal tech or SaaS in a start-up environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and reliable.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketing to lawyers and legal professionals (or have a legal background yourself!)
  • Experience with HubSpot and Framer.
  • Passionate about AI and legal innovation.
  • Previous work with online classes and educational programs.
  • You have experience working with small-sized start-up companies.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of our flagship class program: scheduling, logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
  • Manage CLE applications and compliance, working with providers and jurisdictions to secure and maintain approvals.
  • Track CLE deadlines, renewals, and reporting requirements.
  • Partner with Marketing to draft and publish class announcements, event pages, and follow-up comms.
  • Add and update course content in our Learning Management System.
  • Analyze class, CLE and comms performance metrics; suggest improvements to drive throughput and impact.
  • Contribute to other marketing projects such as content creation, event support, and campaign execution and community engagement.
  • Bring process rigor to how we track, store, and report on program activity.
