Responsibilities: Upholds SGA Mission, Vision and Core Values Successfully handles all responsibilities included in Instructor/Coach description for classes Communicates to front desk and marketing regarding programming Facilitates promotion/trials in the appropriate class or program Supports and manages staff as needed Hires, terminates and supervises staff Schedules and develops programming Continually assesses program for success and implements new programming where needed Markets program effectively Works with other site Program Leaders on overall gym programming and consistency as well as curriculum development Directs the vision and future of the program Manages Profit and Loss Participates in National Gymnastics Day and supports at least one other event annually Participate in maintaining a clean facility as assigned Performs other duties as assigned Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Strong hand-eye coordination Ability to spot and lift athletes of various ages and sizes Can lift up to 75 lbs. without assistance Good manipulation skills to operate computers and office equipment or perform training, instruction, and coaching Ability to walk on uneven surfaces as is deemed necessary to walk out onto the gymnastics floor QualificationsQualifications: Knowledge of program 2000+ of verified instruction experience USAG certified in accordance with program Current First Aid/CPR certification Able to attract a consistent following Generally has 100+ students in the program
