About The Position
Airbnb’s Host Services team is developing new business lines designed to improve listing quality and unlock new value for Hosts. To support this work, we’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to partner closely with the program lead. This individual will help shape early strategy, build compelling business cases, and ensure seamless execution as initiatives grow. This is a hands-on role focused on building from 0 to 1. You’ll help break down high-level ideas into actionable workstreams and support cross-functional partners in moving them forward.
