Be the Mind Behind the Machine As our Programmer , you’ll develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs that keep our machines running at peak performance. Working closely with engineers and shop personnel, you’ll bring customer models to life, improve efficiency, and contribute to a culture of continuous innovation.

Requirements

• 10 years of machinist experience, including 2+ years in programming.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or CAM software (MasterCAM required; Hypermill a plus).
• Strong understanding of blueprints, drawings, and GD&T.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative.
• High school diploma or GED required (technical certifications a plus).

Responsibilities

• Program and optimize 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines
• Create CNC programs from customer models, drawings, and technical specs.
• Select tools and refine toolpaths for maximum efficiency and precision.
• Develop and maintain detailed setup documentation.
• Troubleshoot machining issues directly on the shop floor.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in machining and programming tech.
