About the position
The Programmer will work on software development projects as needed for the company, primarily using Microsoft and Workday development platforms and tools.
Responsibilities
- Create, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications, processes, and reports as needed.
- Work with other developers to ensure code is standardized and cohesive.
- Ensure code, intellectual property, and other programming assets are documented and securely stored using agreed upon best practices.
- Work with management, other team members, and users to determine business needs/requirements.
- Facilitate and/or program import and export routines to exchange data with appropriate systems and parties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting Information Systems or equivalent.
- Competence with languages, environments, and platforms including, but not limited to Visual Studio, .NET, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, T-SQL, Azure, Git, Workday.
- Competence with Microsoft SQL Server database management tools and environments.
- Competence of data security methods/practices.
- Competence of web service technologies.
- Knowledge of business hardware, software, and networks.
