About The Position

Develop, enhance, and support ServiceNow workflows and automations that integrate systems including Workday, One Identity, Entra, CMDB and asset management. This role designs and implements agentic/AI-enabled workflows in ServiceNow to automate triage, fulfillment, and user support experiences while maintaining control, auditability, and security. This is achieved by building reliable, secure, and auditable workflows using Flow Designer/IntegrationHub and scripted components where required.

Requirements

  • Extensive ServiceNow development experience, including Flow Designer, JavaScript, IntegrationHub, platform architecture, and REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Experience developing agentic AI workflows
  • Strong understanding of Web Services, RESTful APIs, and SOAP APIs
  • Proficiency with Azure SQL and T-SQL (database design, stored procedures, user-defined functions, integrated security)
  • Experience with Visual Studio or similar development platform and Git version control
  • Full SDLC experience (design, implementation, testing, deployment, documentation)
  • Proficient with Postman for testing APIs
  • Experience with CI/CD for deployment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience

  • ServiceNow certification CSA or CAD
  • Experience with legal or HR systems and applications
  • Front-end development skills (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS)
  • Familiarity with legal technology platforms (NetDocuments, IntApp Time, IntApp New Business Intake, SharePoint)
  • Experience developing workflow automation solutions on platform besides ServiceNow

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design and build ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer (and legacy Workflow Editor where applicable)
  • Utilize ServiceNow's capabilities to automate and optimize business processes using agentic AI
  • Build and maintain IntegrationHub components including custom actions, subflows, spokes (as required), connection & credential setups
  • Develop integration-driven workflows to implement and maintain Service Catalog request workflows for access requests (REQ/RITM), approvals, tasks, and fulfillment status tracking
  • Handle data mapping/transformations (e.g., Workday data, ServiceNow user fields, One Identity entitlements
  • Create and maintain scripted logic as needed including business rules and scheduled jobs following secure SDLC best practices
  • Coordinate deployments across environments and support release management processes
  • Implement robust integration patterns including error handling, retries, idempotency, correlation IDs, and logging/audit trails
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (API errors, auth failures, data mismatches, performance bottlenecks)
  • Maintain code quality through version control (Git) and thorough documentation
  • Security-first development mindset including ACLs, roles, and Credential Storage
  • Produce and maintain documentation (integration specs, data maps, runbooks, support procedures)
