About The Position

AOI is looking for a Programmer Analyst to develop and maintain progressive web applications. The work includes eliciting and capturing business requirements, designing and implementing efficient and effective solutions. Troubleshooting, maintaining and modernizing existing applications. Communicating effectively with AOI and client's project leadership and other staff. The ideal candidate shall have proven track record in full-stack application.  Must be proficient in SQL back ends. This individual will be required to work closely with AOI, its client's and/or any third-party staff, including subject matter and technical experts, project managers, etc. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related scientific or technical degree; or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of direct experience in application development
• Prior production support and software O&M experience
• Version control systems (SVN, Git)

Nice To Haves

• Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and/or APEX certifications
• Agile development / DevSecOps
• Prior experience working in a government setting
• US work-authorization

• Enthusiasm, positive attitude, superb work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work on a variety of projects as a team player are necessary
• This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, and time-management skills
• Successful candidate must clear a background screen
