This position is part of the BOS Analytics & Automation team that is responsible for delivering analytical solutions, operational insights, and process automation to support the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the Billing Operations & Support group in Customer Service. The focus is developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, scripts, and automation tools that enable the billing operations team to monitor performance, identify issues, and make data-driven decisions. There are also opportunities to support cross-functional testing efforts and provide data consultation for emerging project needs. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in data querying and analysis, proficiency in dashboard development and data visualization, excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for business audiences, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams. The ability to support operational needs while contributing to strategic projects is essential.
