The Gravallese and Hoover Labs at Brigham & Women's Hospital (BWH) and Harvard Medical School are seeking a motivated and talented bioinformatics analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing single-cell and spatial genomics datasets, along with other functional genomic data, to understand the underlying mechanisms of inflammation and tissue damage in autoimmune diseases. As part of the Division of Rheumatology, Inflammation, and Immunity within the Department of Medicine, the Hoover Lab provides a rich intellectual environment, featuring collaboration with experts in both computational biology and immunology and autoimmunity. The ideal candidate will have a solid computational background and strong interest in discovering insights from biological datasets.
