About The Position

As an Account Coordinator, Programmatic, your primary function will be to provide vital production support for your account team. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to running and formatting performance reports, creative trafficking and tagging, building and uploading campaigns, QA support for campaign builds and optimizations and participating in and taking notes during internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations. Account Coordinator, Programmatic will become responsible for an enterprise level account and will learn DEPT®’s best practices for Programmatic Buying while gaining the foundational skills necessary to progress into more advanced roles that will expand on the breadth and depth of knowledge.

Requirements

  • 0 - 6 months of programmatic marketing experience
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize to deliver multiple tasks on time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using essential spreadsheet functions and formulas including, but not limited to: sorting filters xlookup concatenate pivot tables text to columns conditional formatting
  • Leverage The Trade Desk, Walmart, TTD, Criteo and Roundel DSPs or another DSP to pull and schedule reports for analysis; identifying trends and developing client reporting summaries
  • Understand relevant media metrics, how to calculate them, and articulate their relationship to each other. Possess a high level understanding of the different optimization levers to pull to surpass benchmark KPI’

Responsibilities

  • Running and formatting performance reports
  • Creative trafficking and tagging
  • Building and uploading campaigns
  • QA support for campaign builds and optimizations
  • Participating in and taking notes during internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations
  • Update, monitor, and communicate daily budget pacing and high level performance, including flagging variations or anomalies.
  • Organize large volumes of data for insights and strategic storytelling in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Develop suggestions on activation strategy around campaign builds, overall themes, hierarchy, audiences, parameters, and ads
  • Create and edit campaigns and audiences in DSPs with oversight and mentorship
  • Implement scheduled and ad hoc tasks delegated by direct manager and/or colleagues
  • Follow mandatory QA process to completion
