The Advanced Account Specialist is a key partner in providing support for the Programmatic Sales and Account Management team. While efficiently communicating cross functionally, this position will partner with Sales and Account Management as they monitor and build programmatic deals to ensure the proper elements are received and executed as intended. They will ensure accuracy and communicate with the Ad Operations and Product Management Team about optimization, resolve any concerns around implementation, technology pacing and performance based on the campaigns that have been escalated from the Sales team. They will provide post-campaign reporting and analysis as well as serve as a cross functional liaison that require an escalation path.
