About The Position

In this role, a typical day will include: The portfolio currently has over 600+ employees/subcontractors with annual revenues of over $170 million and requires a Leader who has experience managing large IT teams ($100M annual) as a portfolio lead or large program. The lead ensures the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program areas including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities. The lead must have demonstrated ability to successfully partner with IC focused company partners. The lead is also responsible for: Maximizing/improving program performance as evidenced by high customer satisfaction and continued successfully meeting KPIs/metrics. Predicting, identifying, and minimizing risk areas to the program and implement mitigation plans. Ensuring a high level of customer relationships with over 90+ customer entities. Working with programs and stakeholders to successfully transition positions to follow-on contracts. Performs financial management services and has profit and loss responsibility for all Programs. Coordinates marketing, technical, and management efforts to maintain existing clients and to obtain new business. Develops and implements strategic and tactical plans related to business development and operations. Develops and directs the implementation of operating practices, policies, and procedures. Performs day-to-day management responsibilities including direction of personnel, budgets, projects, etc. Establishes and manages budgets. Supervises and directs the work of assigned staff, including subordinate managers and/or directors. Identifies and resolves problems related to Program operations. Maintains a current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, procedures, and policies. Participates in special projects as required
