Requirements

• A therapist who enjoys working with adolescents and believes in their potential
• Comfortable integrating faith-based principles into therapeutic work when appropriate
• Skilled in building rapport and fostering emotional safety
• Able to balance structure with compassion and creativity
• A strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
• Clinically trained, licensed, or license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, LPC-A, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Support teens through emotional, behavioral, and spiritual challenges
• Help design and implement therapeutic programming
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment plans
• Encourage healthy communication, coping skills, and personal insight
