About The Position

Paragon Community Services provides day services for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Team Lead , you will: Assist in developing and actively implements the daily/monthly activity schedule and the community outing schedule Assists in the identification and implementation of tasks and activities designed to assist each participant to meet individual goals as identified in the initial assessment and subsequent Progress Reviews. Performs functions of Direct Care Staff role routinely and as necessary ensuring the personal care and nutritional needs of the participants are met Demonstrates team member skills in supporting the work efforts and goals of the program, as well as focusing on building a strong cohesive team. Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record per company insurance guidelines

Nice To Haves

  • Previous management experience preferred

Responsibilities
