Learn more at https://www.jnj.com Program Team Coordinator Location: Irvine, California Company: Johnson & Johnson MedTech Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Program Team Coordinator to join our team located in Irvine, California Section 1: Job Summary Under general supervision, the Program Team Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to enable effective execution of key training and communication activities for program initiatives. This role reports into the Training & Communications Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of training materials, communications, and Business Program Team deliverables. The Coordinator will focus on implementing plans, managing logistics, and supporting alignment with established strategies to engage and inform application user communities. Additionally, the Coordinator will assist the Business Program Team with ad hoc administrative initiatives to ensure seamless team operations and program success.

  • Execute training plans and communication activities as directed by the Training & Communications Manager.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of training materials and live or virtual sessions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Maintain training schedules, track progress, and provide regular status updates to the Manager.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program training logistics and communication deliverables.
  • Track and manage user access and management processes across applications.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of procedures in compliance with GxP guidelines.
  • Facilitate business engagement by coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Develop training resources and interactive courses to support global application user development.
  • Assist in creating internal communications such as newsletters, website content, and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver communications aligned with Program Team objectives and J&J MedTech priorities.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in all communication materials aligned with program objectives.
  • Create communication and training materials that adhere to J&J brand standards.
  • Collect and analyze data from reporting tools and resources to generate insights, identify opportunities for the Business Program Team, and present findings to the Manager
  • Handle administrative tasks and provide operational support to ensure the overall effectiveness and success of the Business Program Team.
  • Maintain compliance with all company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support program execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–4 years of work experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, financial services, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint and the latest programs and technologies for training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to work from Irvine, California.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
