To provide direct Human Resource (HR) program support to staff relative to timekeeping, employee relations, recruitment, benefits programs, and various other areas of HR as required. Oversees and administers Short Term Disability program and monitors each case along with Family Leave Medical Act (FMLA) and Parental Leave compliance. Assists in all facets of semi-monthly payroll, creates payroll reports (DOC-3's), sends packets to payroll office at Atmore headquarters, keys transactions into Cardinal and Page-up. Creates employment packets for all new hires. Creates interview packets.
