MAHUBE-OTWA is actively recruiting a Program Support Specialist staff for our Head Start program. Seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual with independent initiative and strong computer skills to provide administrative and clerical support to program management. Responsible for overseeing transportation operations for our Head Start program, ensuring safe, efficient, and regulation-compliant services for children and families. In this role, you’ll supervise bus drivers and monitors, manage vehicle maintenance, coordinate routes, and support staff training. You’ll also assist with program-level inventory and procurement, maintain accurate data across multiple systems, and serve as a key leader who upholds our agency’s mission and values.
