The Program Support Specialist provides administrative and programmatic support to ensure the efficient delivery of services to clients. This role serves as a key point of contact for client communication, documentation, data tracking, and coordination among program staff, case coordinator/managers, drivers, and external partners. The position supports intake, audits, special events, and daily operations while maintaining compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.
