Requirements

  • High school diploma with minimum of 6+ years of business experience with proven experience in a facilities maintenance and operations role.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Proven experience Coordinating schedules for regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime and disruption in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, work order management, and ensuring that the necessary resources, including tools, parts, and personnel, are available to complete maintenance tasks efficiently
  • Strong expertise in risk management, project controls, critical infrastructure, electrical or power distribution systems, and facilities operations.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the scheduling, planning, vendor solicitation and resource allocation for a moderately complex project team that provides expert solutions to a highly complex, secure, mission-critical government customer.
  • Specialist in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) who will focus on CMMS system support, CMMS training, auditing of CE ticket performance, ability to generate CMMS reports, review and analyze team workflow performance utilizing the CMMS.
  • Maintain and improve the CMMS accuracy and completeness
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer interaction on the Project, including Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly maintenance status reports.
  • May be required to coordinate with M.C. Dean’s Contract Manager and Group Lead to make determinations regarding scope-applicability of Customer Work Requests.
  • Issue Purchase Requests through M.C. Dean’s certified procurement system to ensure timely purchase of materials for site needs.
  • Review Purchase Requests submitted by Project Team members prior to approval.
  • Issue Subcontract Requests through M.C. Dean’s certified procurement system to ensure a timely award of vendor subcontracts to meet site needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and overseeing the warehousing of products and materials.
  • Assist project leadership in the training of team members assigned to your Project, contributing to their development as individual employees.
  • Assist in monitoring the performance of the Project Team, including tracking the performance of Subcontractor employees on site.
  • Provide technical insight, recommendations and training for the site CMMS.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, government regulations, and company policies across the project.
  • Assist in the scheduling and assignment of Above Standard Work (IDIQ) from inception, through estimating, award and execution.
  • Attend project reviews to assess performance, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Assist management team to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols across operations.
  • Serve as back up response point for high-risk issues, coordinating with Group Management and external stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide input to standardize project Standard Operating Procedures, controls, procurement, and related processes across the project, following guidance from the Program Leadership Team.
  • Directly manage the implementation of best practices in planning and procurement.
  • Participate in initiatives for process improvement, ensuring greater efficiency, innovation, and productivity.
  • Promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance client outcomes and project management capabilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
