The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a Program Support Specialist to provide essential support in fleet and property program management. This role involves assisting with budget analysis, contract development, and project documentation, contributing to the effective management of resources and environmental protection efforts in the West.

  • Provide fleet program, property program, and project support to the Property Program Management Branch.
  • Assist with analytical data and data entry for the 6-year budget for the fleet program and monitor reallocation of funds.
  • Serve as the point of contact and liaison with the Division of Acquisition Services for contract development.
  • Prepare documentation to support purchase transactions based on input from program and project managers.
  • Conduct various program support, coordination, and implementation activities.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.
  • Must be suitable for federal employment, determined by a background investigation.
  • Must maintain a valid State Driver's License at all times.
  • GS-07: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-05 level or one full academic year of graduate-level education.
  • GS-09: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-07 level or a Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
  • Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings for space planning projects.
  • Familiarity with federal contracting and fiscal management policies.
  • Telework eligibility with supervisory approval.
  • Potential for recruitment or relocation incentives.
  • Student Loan Repayment Benefit (SLRB) eligibility.
