The Rich Experiences team has an exciting opportunity for a Program Support Officer. The Program Support Officer provides professional administrative and process coordination support for the university-wide Alumni to Student and TeaMWork programs within the Careers and Leadership team. The role supports the delivery of programs that build students’ leadership capability, confidence, and readiness for the workforce. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering effective administrative processes and systems to support program operations, including responding to enquiries and providing advice in accordance with University policies, procedures and best practice guidelines. Further, you will maintain high service standards through timely issue resolution and adherence to privacy, confidentiality, risk, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a tertiary qualification in a relevant field; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
