About The Position

RSi is looking to fill a Program Support Coordinator (PSC) position to support our Utility Helicopter Project Manager’s Office – FMS customer. The Program Support Coordinator (PSC) will support the Utility Helicopter Project Manager’s Office by assisting in the development and management of cost, schedule, and performance metrics related to the procurement, upgrade, modification, and life extension of the International Partners UH-60 or LUH-72 helicopter fleet, as well as overall life cycle support efforts. The PSC will play a critical role in supporting the UHPO-IPO in the execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases aimed at procuring, modifying, and sustaining the international partners' rotary wing fleet. The candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research, analysis, and coordination efforts to facilitate the seamless delivery and ongoing sustainment of these aircraft to Partner Nations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; however, equivalent technical experience in programmatic or logistics disciplines may be substituted.
  • Ten years of programmatic and/or logistics experience
  • Strong background in Army Acquisition Logistics and/or Aviation Branch functions.
  • Demonstrated expertise is required in key functional areas including operator support, quality control (QC), production control (PC), repair shop operations, and maintenance team oversight.
  • Proven ability to manage logistics processes, coordinate operational activities, and oversee maintenance and repair operations. Technical proficiency in logistics management systems, maintenance procedures, and quality assurance practices is essential.
  • Strong understanding of DoD 5000 Series Acquisition regulations, particularly Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and associated processes.
  • Working knowledge of Army aviation logistics requirements
  • Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
  • Must meet eligibility for a Public Trust background investigation for government issues credentials and IT access/applicants must be able to pass a security background check per Redstone Arsenal/MSFC requirements.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and lift or move objects weighing more than 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Utility Helicopter Project Manager’s Office (UHPO-IPO) in the development and management of cost, schedule, and performance metrics for procurement, upgrade, modification, and life-extension efforts.
  • Providing programmatic and logistical support for UH-60 and/or LUH-72 helicopter fleets throughout the full life cycle, including sustainment activities.
  • Supporting the execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases related to the procurement, modification, delivery, and sustainment of international partners’ rotary-wing aircraft.
  • Conducting research, analysis, and coordination to facilitate the successful delivery and long-term sustainment of aircraft to Partner Nations.
  • Managing logistical project scope, schedule, cost, and performance to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Overseeing operational activities to maintain efficiency and effectiveness across the FMS life cycle.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable DoD policies, acquisition regulations, and international agreements.
  • Providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize FMS procurement, modification, and sustainment processes.
  • Collaborating with international partners, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting program status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
