Yamhill County HHS Community Support Services Programs has one regular, full-time position for a Program Supervisor to lead an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. The position affords a unique opportunity for a diverse array of duties in a community-based, recovery-oriented setting. The person in this position provides program development and evaluation, teaches professional techniques and skills, provides consultation and information around activities encompassing a wide spectrum of community agencies and professional disciplines, and provides some direct support for clients. Duties include providing primary clinical and administrative supervision to Human Services staff and leadership assistance to the Program Manager, which involves confidential contact with staff supervised, and developing and navigating relationships with local and state partners around program services and supports.
