Yamhill County HHS Community Support Services Programs has one regular, full-time position for a Program Supervisor to lead an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. The position affords a unique opportunity for a diverse array of duties in a community-based, recovery-oriented setting. The person in this position provides program development and evaluation, teaches professional techniques and skills, provides consultation and information around activities encompassing a wide spectrum of community agencies and professional disciplines, and provides some direct support for clients. Duties include providing primary clinical and administrative supervision to Human Services staff and leadership assistance to the Program Manager, which involves confidential contact with staff supervised, and developing and navigating relationships with local and state partners around program services and supports.   • Five years of relevant experience with progressive responsibilities in program administration or supervision is required.
  • Graduate level course work and training may be substituted for up to two years' experience.
  • Must be credentialed as a QMHP, LCSW, LPC or LMFT with two years of experience to meet clinical supervisor eligibility requirements under the Oregon Health Authority.
  • Will be subject to a background check.
  • Must not be excluded from participation in federal health care programs (Medicaid, Medicare, and other federally funded programs that provide health benefits)
  • Must not be excluded from participation in federal procurement (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and non-procurement activities (Executive Order No. 12549).
  • CADC II is preferred.
