Compensation 24.00 /HR Adult Services is looking for a program supervisor for a home located in Eagleville and Collegeville PA. that provides housing and care for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. As a Program Supervisor you will supervise direct support professionals and direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility(s) to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals, in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements. The schedule for this position is 3 days a week 9-5 with an on call rotation Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services
• Three (3) years of human service experience required.
• complete eight days of new hire orientation class
• possess a valid license
• Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing.
• Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more.
• Some repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision.
• Occasional use of computers and office equipment.
• Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes.
• Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.
