You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. Every day as a Program Supervisor you will.... Ensure the safety of all students, provide primary “first-line” supervision for staff and clients during assigned shift, plan and implement residential program services for assigned areas, and guide, train, and mentor all direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with at least twelve credit hours in a human services discipline or 60 college credits with at least twelve credit hours in a human services discipline and three years direct care experience
• Minimum of two years direct care experience
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience required

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all students
• Provide primary 'first-line' supervision for staff and clients during assigned shift
• Plan and implement residential program services for assigned areas
• Guide, train, and mentor all direct reports
