Adult Services is looking for a QIDP Supervisor for our Community Residential Homes, which provides housing and care for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. As a QIDP Supervisor you will direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with Center Leadership, external stakeholders, and contracted service providers to oversee implementation of program plans and active treatment programs consist of needed interventions and services to support the achievement of the objectives identified in the individual program plan. Consults with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and retention. The schedule for this position is 8:30-5pm Monday-Friday with an on call rotation. New Rate 48,000.00- 54,720.00.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services.
  • At least three (3) years experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI.
