The Program Supervisor of Outpatient and School Based Services may be eligible for up to a $1000 new hire incentive bonus (licensed - LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and up to $500 new hire incentive bonus (non-licensed) if hired and meet all qualifications. This is a flexible, full-time position offering the ability to work remotely 1-2 days per week.   • Ensure consistency and fidelity with agency values and preferred clinical approaches.
  • Coach Glade Run philosophy to Therapists through direct supervision, training, coaching, and monitoring of clinical service delivery.
  • Support Therapists to ensure strong family relations are developed and maintained.
  • Monitor the provision of services within areas of responsibility.
  • Support the Program Manager or Assistant Director of Outpatient to ensure that programming needs are met.
  • Fiscal oversight and monitoring costs of assigned program area.
  • Minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or other related Human Service field.
  • Must have completed a clinical practicum during Master's program.
  • Clinical license preferred; clinical license eligible.
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience with at least one year in an outpatient setting preferably working with children/adolescents.
  • Understanding of payroll and billing procedures.
  • Prior experience giving coaching and feedback to employees on performance related issues.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have access to a telephone.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must have acceptable Pennsylvania State Police clearance, Pennsylvania Child Abuse History clearance and FBI clearance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in clinical based practices including DSM-5, clinical interventions, etc.
  • Knowledge of coaching practices.
  • Understanding of outpatient regulations and community regulations when applicable.
  • Crisis intervention strategies.
  • Knowledge of Department of Human Services regulations.
  • Experience with trauma-informed care and Sanctuary Model of Organizational Leadership.
  • Experience in strategic planning and Strengths-Needs-Cultural-Discovery.
