The Program Supervisor is responsible for the daily service delivery or task of a team. This role coordinates with supervisors to identify and accomplish the goals of the program. The supervisor will oversee daily operations, assist in budget development, represent the program at meetings, and ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

  • Supervise daily operations of the program staff.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a budget for the program.
  • Represent the program at administrative meetings.
  • Submit regular reports concerning the operations of the program.
  • Evaluate and screen referrals to the program.
  • Coordinate services of the program with other relevant services.
  • Ensure ongoing development and successful operation of program services.
  • Respond calmly and appropriately in crisis situations.
  • Remain current in knowledge of community agencies and resources.
  • Keep the Division Director appraised of potential problem areas and outstanding performance.
  • Attend and participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings and in-services.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in a mental health related field required.
  • Must either possess or obtain highest level of licensure appropriate to degree.
  • Must either possess or obtain highest level of certification appropriate to degree.
  • Experience in clinical practice and supervision preferred.
  • Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations.
  • Verbal/written communication skills.
