The Program Supervisor/Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing administrative and business operations of a residential crisis stabilization unit (CSU). The position works with clinical leadership in managing the day-to-day functions of the CSU including purchasing, scheduling, data tracking and management, and census management. Monitors and provides reporting to program management on productivity, revenue generation, and expansion opportunities. Monitors and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additional duties include hiring employees, direct supervision of staff, and managing the CSU budget.
