As a Program Supervisor in our Psychiatric Residential Intensive Treatment Facility (PRTF) Butterfly program, you will play a crucial role in overseeing operations dedicated to female adolescents aged 14-21. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills while serving as a role model for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring quality programming, regulatory compliance, and adherence to policies and procedures, as well as training and mentoring staff. Your leadership will be vital in creating a supportive and therapeutic environment for the children and adolescents we serve. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training in crisis prevention and intervention, trauma-informed care, CPR, first aid, and more. You will provide quality care and motivation to the children and adolescents, supervising Direct Support Professionals and offering mentorship. Your responsibilities will include implementing programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of clients, assisting and instructing individuals in self-help skills to encourage independence, and establishing and maintaining a therapeutic rapport with individuals. The position requires working the evening shift, typically from 2:30 PM to 11 PM, with on-call, weekend availability, and some holidays required. Administrative tasks will also be part of your duties as needed.
