Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Health Discipline
  • At least one year of experience in the provision of behavioral health treatment and/or rehabilitation
  • Valid Driver's License and vehicle required

Responsibilities

  • Effectively supervise assigned residential sites within the BH Adult Residential Program
  • Maintain compliance with Title 55 PA Code Chapter 5310: Community Residential Rehabilitation Services and Philadelphia DBH requirements
  • Interview and evaluate individuals for admission to the program as assigned
  • Supervise admission, assignment of residential counselors and discharge of residents approved by the program director
  • Regularly observe and provide feedback to staff to ensure that their interactions with each resident are appropriate and consistent with the individual's service plan
  • Ensure individuals gain access to needed psychiatric, medical, social, residential, financial and other appropriate services
  • Ensure individuals have access and availability to meaningful community activities appropriate to their ability and interests
