About The Position
Role Overview The Program Staff for Youth Programs will support the overall quality of the program by assisting camp directors to ensure a productive and positive environment for youth participants. Responsibilities include assisting in various tasks to support planned activities, helping manage daily routines, maintaining safety, and positively engaging all youth. Supervising youth participants in alignment with the Youth Protection Policy, this role includes the potential for overnight stays in residence halls for certain programs, ensuring a productive, positive, and safe environment for all involved. The Program Staff will play an integral role in promoting a supportive and enriching experience by actively participating in both the educational and recreational components of the program.
