Yext is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional eager to drive impactful executive experiences and customer engagement programs. The Program Specialist will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Executive Briefing Center (EBC) onsite at our NYC HQ and support key corporate programs, including the Voice of the Customer program and the Client Advisory Board. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Programs, this individual will be critical in delivering world-class executive experiences and supporting customer engagement initiatives. This multifaceted role requires strong program and project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing strategic planning with operational execution and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
